Our bespoke monthly retainer service offers ongoing HR support tailored to your business needs. We are here whenever you have a query, guiding you through all of your employee challenges.

How long are your retainer contracts for?

We do not lock you into long service agreements, like many providers do. As a minimum we offer a 12 month service agreement. This is mainly because a lot of our work is done up front with producing up to date documentation for your business, but also because we would like to work with you as a partnership, learning about you, your business and how we can add value.

Yes, through our partner. We refer your employees to our occupational health provider where we deem it necessary. There is an additional cost for this service outside of your bespoke retainer.
