About Me

I am a fully qualified HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience. I have a strong background in employee relations and generalist HR management.
 
I have always lived in the black country so have a good understanding of local businesses and the type of issues they face. I pride myself on being commercial minded and straight talking.

I believe in offering commercial down to earth advice to businesses to help them to reduce costs, avoid tribunals and to enable them to concentrate on running their businesses.

I started EC Human Resources in 2013, as I wanted to offer small/medium sized businesses a more cost effective Outsourced HR service, which was tailored to their requirements. I now also work alongside larger organisations and their HR teams, giving additional support on employment matters.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
